Description
Folic acid is needed for the proper development of the human body. It is involved in producing the genetic material called DNA and in numerous other bodily functions. Folic acid is used for preventing and treating low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency), as well as its complications, including “tired blood” (anemia) and the inability of the bowel to absorb nutrients properly.
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is essential for the growth and functional development of the brain in infants. An optimal intake of DHA is especially essential for pregnant and nursing mothers to ensure adequate brain development in their children. DHA helps promote nervous system development and optimal memory function.
Spirulina is very high in bio-available iron, making it beneficial to those with anemia or pregnancy, with reduced risk of constipation, it is a good source of vitamins B-1(thiamine), B-2 (riboflavin), B-3(nicotinamide), B-6 (pyridoxine), B-9 (folic acid), B-12 (cobalamin), vitamin E, and vitamin K1 and K2 & also a source of potassium, chromium, copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, and zinc.
How many tablets does one pack of EL FOLIC tablet?
It contains 30 tablets per pack. It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets per day.
How long does it take to experience any benefit?
Results vary amongst individuals. There is no maximum length of time over which EL FOLIC tablet may be used. A regular intake is recommended.
